A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME …

I'm a certified life coach, practising in bayside Melbourne.  I’m also a Mum of two amazing adult daughters, a business woman, professional carer and member of community organisations, so you could say I  have extensive "life experiences"; the good, the bad and the ugly so can relate well to people of various ages and stages in their lives. 

I became a coach as not only do I have a strong interest in people, their dreams and direction in life, but I want to play a part in guiding people through their journey of becoming the best version of themselves!  

I’ve been told that I am easy to talk to, but I will also keep you accountable through your journey!

What exactly is Coaching?

Coaches are professionally trained to help individuals with effective personal and professional transformation. 

The actual art of Life Coaching focuses on current and future possibilities, not past mistakes.   It’s also about unlocking a person’s potential to maximise their opportunities, performance, skills, attitude and relationships so that they can move forward and get back on track. 

Through my coaching, I will enable you to be aware of your choices, to make better decisions, to take action, and ultimately use your unique strengths to achieve better results.   I will also help you gain clarity on situations and encourage behavioural flexibility that will enable you to make the desired changes in your life.

Coaching Options

Remote Coaching:

If location or travel time is a factor, I can provide coaching sessions to you by telephone, Zoom, Face Time, or Skype. 

You choose the topic of conversation; for example lifestyle, relationship, business or financial and we’ll then chat about where you are currently and where you would like to be in a month, a year or 5 years.  This is adapted to the individual and depends upon your aims and goals going forward and in what time frame you would like to achieve these.

We then create a plan together with goals, timelines and suggested pathways and tasks that are aimed at assisting you in achieving these.  The first session is for 90 minutes and subsequent sessions are then 60 minutes in duration.

My office - Bayside:

For those that are able to travel, but not wanting my ‘Walk and Talk’ option, I can also provide coaching sessions at my office that is centrally located in Bayside, Brighton.

Walk and Talk:
