Walk and Talk

I believe that being close to nature and in the great outdoors lowers stress levels and makes you feel open and alive, which is why both my clients and I love my “Walk and Talk” sessions.  These sessions are great for people who have busy lives and wish to combine both exercise and coaching… with the added benefit of helping people to feel healthier and fitter.  

Out of my clients who do the “Walk and Talk” consultations, they say that they feel comfortable and more relaxed talking whilst walking and so get a great deal out of each session.   The walks can take place at the beach, gardens or streets of Bayside!  

How does a Walk and Talk work?

It’s up to you where we meet.  Either at your home or business, my office in Brighton or at the beach.  You then choose the topic of conversation; for example lifestyle, relationship, business or financial and we then walk for 45 minutes (at your desired pace) and talk!  We’ll chat about where you are currently and where you would like to be in a month, a year or 5 years. 

We then return to our original starting point, re-cap on what points that we have discussed and create a plan together with goals, timelines and suggested pathways and tasks that are aimed at assisting you in achieving these.  The first session is for 90 minutes and subsequent sessions are then 60 minutes in duration.
